Yes — signature is required for local deliveries, and only one (1) delivery attempt is made.
If no one is home at the confirmed delivery time, the order may be left at the door only after confirmation to waive signature is given via text or email. If you won’t be home, you can waive the signature requirement by sending written confirmation before delivery via text to 347-358-8379 or email to blendsofnaturebk@yahoo.com so we can leave the order at your door.
Local deliveries are completed by a Blends of Nature BK employee.
We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee starting from the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be unopened and sealed. Perishable items (Sea Moss Gels, Smoothies, and Drinks) are not eligible for return.
To start a return, email blendsofnaturebk@yahoo.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. Please also include a brief reason for the return and photos of the item(s).
If your return is over $100, we’ll provide a return shipping label. For returns under $100, the customer covers return shipping. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3–6 business days after we receive and inspect the item(s).
Yes — We offer exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date for eligible items that are unopened and sealed. Exchanges are for the same product only, including the same size/flavor (as applicable). Perishable items (Sea Moss Gels, Smoothies, and Drinks) are not eligible for exchange.
