How to Use & Store 

• Recommended Serving: Take 2 tablespoons a day. Eat it straight from the spoon or mix it into smoothies, juices, hot teas, oatmeal, or soups.

• Storage Instructions: Keep refrigerated immediately upon arrival. It may stay fresh in the fridge for up to 8 weeks.

• Can Be Frozen: Extend its shelf life by freezing it for up to 6 months (try freezing in ice trays for easy smoothie portions!).
