• We may periodically send promotional emails or text messages  about new products, promotions or other information which we think you may find interesting using the contact information which you have provided.

 We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. 

• We ship nationwide (U.S.) via UPS (Ground + faster options at checkout)
• Processing: 4–6 business days (no weekends/holidays)
• Transit after shipping: 2–5 business days (destination dependent)
• Perishables (Sea Moss Gels, Smoothies, Drinks): ship Mon–Thurs
• Tracking provided when your order ships
• No PO Boxes (street address required)
• Carrier/weather delays may occur and are outside our control

Local Delivery Policy (NY & NJ)

• Local delivery available in New York & New Jersey
• Delivered by a Blends of Nature BK employee
• Delivery times are schedule-based and confirmed ahead of time
• Signature required for local deliveries only
• Only 1 attempt is made for local deliveries
• If no one is home, order may be left at the door only after signature waiver is confirmed via text/email
• Signature waiver (local delivery): If you won’t be home, you can waive the signature requirement by sending written confirmation before delivery via text to 347-358-8379 or email to blendsofnaturebk@yahoo.com so we can leave the order at your door. Please be sure to include your order number.
• Tolls apply only when crossing bridges and tunnels
• Minimums & fees are listed in the FAQ below (“Local Delivery Zones & Fees”)

We offer exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date for eligible items that are unopened and sealed. Exchanges are for the same product only, including the same size/flavor (as applicable). Perishable items (Sea Moss Gels, Smoothies, and Drinks) are not eligible for returns or exchange.

To start a return or exchange, email blendsofnaturebk@yahoo.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. Please also include a brief reason and photos of the box seal and product condition.

If your return is over $100, we’ll provide a return shipping label. For returns under $100, the customer covers return shipping. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3–6 business days after we receive and inspect the item(s).
